Ode to the King!

The *ship* was powerful,
And the Journey harsh,
A training ground and strong foundation,
Sailing thru turbulent waters,
Our Captain brought us safe and sound.

The old voyage ended,
and a new journey begun
Boots reaching new shores,
Where the building starts,
Of a Whole New World... 

O Captain our Captain
A fond and respected memory,

Revered rank as cloth and metal,
Forever grace the deck,
A hard-won monument to your valor.

But no "Captain" is needed on shore,
So you have ascended to "King,"

Sounds to me like these two noble thinkers named some of the qualities which make for a Successful Small Business Entrepreneur.

Now, add Hard Work, the Investments of Commitment and Risk and maybe we will have some of the missing pieces of the qualities of Successful Small Business Entrepreneurs.

I'm not a famous, "noble thinker" like they were, but I have the "been-there, done-that" expertise to fill in some of the missing pieces here...
