How to Create a Booklet in MS Word 2007
Microsoft Word is a popular word processing program produced by the Microsoft corporation. Besides creating documents, Word also has the capability to create booklets that you can preview and print without having to pay a commercial printing company to make the product for you from documents. Word lets you manually create the booklet format or make use of booklet templates in Word 2007 to use as a starting point for your work.

Create a Booklet in Word Manually
1 Open a new Word document by selecting “File,” “New” and “Blank Document” in Word.
2 Configure the page setup by choosing “Page Setup” from the “File” menu, followed by selecting the “Margins” menu option.
3 Choose the “Book Fold” menu option under the “Multiple Pages” listing. The document page will then be changed to landscape format.
4 Configure the inside and outside margins by entering the amount of space in the “Inside” and “Outside” menu boxes. The inside space will be determined by the type of binding you are going to use for the booklet. You may need to experiment with the settings if you’re creating a booklet for the first time and printing at home.
5 Enter the number of pages to use for the booklet in the “Sheets per booklet list” configuration setting. Select the “Save As” menu option located under the “File” menu to save the draft booklet. You can view the layout by choosing “File” and “Print Preview” before adding additional content and printing the booklet.
